As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, volunteers are an important part of our success as the nations largest league and tournament host. We offer multiple opportunities to give back to the beautiful game. Set-up staff: Friday, 9:00am – Noon, (usually only at Scheels Overland Park), 14+ with ability to lift and carry equipment, can be required to hang banners, put up flags and signs, packet stuffing.

Award Presenters: Sunday, 10:00am – 11:30pm, 16+ with drivers license.

Take Down Staff: Sunday, 6:00pm- 10:30pm, 16+ with the ability to lift and carry equipment, remove banners, flags and signs, have a driver’s license (to be able to operate a golf cart) and be able to take equipment to Heartland Office.


Team packet stuffing: 9:00am – Noon, Thursday or Friday 2 weeks prior to season start. Fill team packet with supplied vendor inserts and Heartland specific items such as, coach letter, line up cards and pins.

All positions are filled on a first come first serve.
