Fall 2020 League Play & Refund Policy

Heartland will be following State and local guidelines for play this fall. As we play at 4 all turf facilities which are all located in different cities, there may be different play and spectator guidelines at each facility.
For background, we are a member governed and operated not-for-profit created for the benefit and operating league and tournaments for our clubs.
If some or all the games are not allowed to be played due to COVID 19 we will refund or return credits back to the clubs/teams. ALL refunds and credits recouped from the facility leases and unused from the season will be refunded or credited less an administrative fee to be determined by a vote of the membership. We will also include unused referee fees in the refund/credit amount.
The fall season gives us a lot of flexibility to play games into late fall and winter months, if needed, even though everything right now gives us confidence that the season will be played as planned.
